Horror is worse in terms of promoting violence and psychosis as a form of entertainment. Porn has it's issues as well, but they are typically more related to relationship problems and moral dilemmas. Anyway, since horror's effects have the potential to influence or cause problems for a larger number of people, I would say it is probably "more damaging to more people" but it's hard to say one is any worse than the other. Snuff porn is probably the worst form of "entertainment" imaginable, sort of a combination of horror and porn, sick stuff.
